After setting off home from Harlow Carr, my daughter's dashboard display dials started flashing and beeping - a problem with the cooling system for which the manual advised immediate action. We were near the Harrogate branch of Kwikfit where a very helpful gentleman offered to replace the fluids at no cost and even took my six-year-old grandson to see a special sports car in the back. He saved us a long wait for rescue so many thanks to Kwikfit from us all!

Massive thank you to Barry and the team. Barry was so helpful to me when my car was towed in with a flat tyre. Really quick and friendly service.

"Poor communication and lead times too long"

Waited in all day on a Thursday to finally get a message at 16:30 that team would not be arriving. Phoned for new appointment and advised I would have to wait until following Wednesday.

Had a puncture from going down a pothole, popped into the Lichfield branch, staff was polite and gave me price for my new tyre, $160 which included wheel alignment, happy they was able to do straight away. Not happy with the price as I thought was very expensive for a budget tyre, when work was completed I paid, costing $165.00 I didn't question but asked for the invoice which he said he had emailed me. When I got to work I checked invoice and the tyre was $60.00 alignment $65 and a couple of other cost $9.99 and a $20.99. The following day I called and asked if they could explain my invoice the $20.99 was fitting and the $9.99 was an insurance in which I was never asked if I want, and was taken out without my knowledge. I feel you need to retrain your staff as they should have explained the tyre cost separate to the alignment and not say it's included and they should have explained the cost of the fitting and advised me of the insurance that was available and what it covered and asked if I wished to purchase not just add it to my bill, I assume they get commission for selling the product but this member of staff didn't sell, he took it on his self to add it to my invoice so in my eyes he is a very dishonest member of staff, I will never use Kwik fit again and will not recommend either, just recommend to avoid.
