"Shocking Customer Care (updated)"
Had 4 x Expensive Premium New tyres fitted after booking online. All seemed to go well until when washing the car the next morning I noted they had badly damaged all 4 x Alloy Wheels and not said anything. They have admitted liability but want me to pay for the repairs then get the fitter themselves to refund me as they caused the damage by using a machine wrongly, which to me seems to lack corporate responsibility and I doubt is company policy!Can't get the branch on the phone, the online customer service form is broken and the Customer Care (Joke!) phone number is never answered. Have emailed them but suspect this is not going to be easy. I would recommend avoiding any company with this level of customer value, truly abysmal and will never darken their doors again!UPDATE 4/4/24:Credit where it is due:Kwik Fit Customer Service finally got the regional Ops manager to call me and a financial resolution has been reached that I am happy with so finally credit to Kwik Fit but who still clearly have massive internal customer care issues at Branch and National contact centre levels.Rating changed to 2/5 to reflect them taking it on the chin! If only the Branch had done that......

Great service from Matt and Dean (Stevenage branch) today. Really appreciated friendly atmosphere and the time they both took to explain their findings, on issues I brought my car in for, and what I needed to do to address them. Excellent customer service, thank you!

"Absolute waste of time."
Absolute waste of time.Kwikfit mobile cancelled my appointment twice at very short notice and ultimately I am without new tyres. No explanation of why the appointment wasn't able to go ahead and next appointment always days away so no real effort to make up for the cancellation. Very disappointed and I'm unlikely to ever use them again.

"Home-fitting service failed to arrive"
Home-fitting service for the following morning was cancelled with just a few minutes of trading remaining on the previous evening. No text message - just an indication on my phone that I had missed one call. When I phoned back the next morning (I had to phone them - Kwik Fit made no effort to contact me) I was told that their technician had called in 'sick' and there was no one else within the whole Kwik Fit organisation who could help. Being unable to drive I asked if a technician at my local Branch could remove the wheel - take it back to Branch and fit a new tyre - and then fit wheel on my car. I even offered to pay the technician / pay for fuel - but Kwik Fit didn't have a single member of staff throughtout the whole day who could help me. I received absolutely no help whatsoever from Kwik Fit - hardly an impressive level of service to a loyal disabled customer. It has made me realise that I need to investigate what other local tyre fitters are in my area to see if they provide a better service.
