"Great service"
Great service. Very friendly man came to my car to change the tyre as I had punctured it. Fast efficient service. Well worth the extra $20 to get them to come to you.

"Feeling ripped off"
As per my complaint to customer service today that Kwik Fit haven't bothered to reply to yet, I was not happy with my mobile tyre change today. I asked for the tyre to be repaired if possible (as your website says you will do) and was told "it looks dead to me" without even looking at the tyre. My partner went out to talk to him and it had already been changed. Technician refused to show the puncture in the old tyre and when my partner insisted, he was told that we would have to pull the tyre out from under a pile in the van and that we wouldn't be able to see anything because of the dry mud on the tyre. Technician claimed he had water tested the tyre and didn't have an answer when my partner pointed out the tyre was bone dry so how could it have been water tested. Partner offered to go and get me to sign off on the new tyre and was told it wasn't needed and then the technician made a very speedy exit. Sometime later I received the tyre report that showed "my" signature which had obviously been faked!! Generally left with the feeling I've been ripped off and it should have been repaired not replaced. If it was a genuine non repairable puncture there was no reason not to show us what the problem was with the old tyre.

"Customer service at the Wolverton Kwik."
Customer service at the Wolverton Kwik Fit is always exceptional. Although, I live in Northamptonshire, I always go to the Wolverton branch because I know they will always provide a good and friendly service. I popped in today without an appointment and they managed to fit me in and fix a heat shield problem free of charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Complete cowboys who damage cars!"
My wife took her car in to the St John's street Bridgwater branch for a simple puncture repair on the NSF tyre. Car came back with a TPMS fault and in her words she was "fobbed off and lied to because I'm a woman who doesn't understand cars". Phoned and spoke to who I presume was the branch manager who categorically told me that the fault was being caused by a sensor on one of the rear wheels, probably a dead battery and most definitely not the one they had worked on. All was working fine when the car was dropped off so somethings not right somewhere. Invoice states it's the OSF wheel sensor that's at fault...again not the wheel they worked on. Car however is telling us that it's not receiving a pressure reading from the NSF wheel...so basically you've damaged the sensor removing the tyre from the wheel and are trying to fob us off by saying it's a different sensor which is throwing up the fault code. Absolute disgrace!A formal complaint has been logged. I'm a trained vehicle technician so your lies don't wash with me and the rudeness of the staff at this branch is beyond a joke! No customer service whatsoever and no care given towards peoples vehicles.UPDATE:I took the car back this morning and a lad called Byron worked to fix the problem that his colleagues had caused and stated that the job basically hadn't been done properly to start with. This is more than the so called manager would do as when I spoke to him he was still trying to say they hadn't caused the problem! Talk about sloping shoulders! He obviously didn't like being challenged as he then sat at the reception desk rolling a cigarette before going outside to sulk!Ultimately a pressure sensor relearn shouldn't need to be carried out after removing the tyre so something was obviously done by these cowboys to upset the system. Kwik fit is clearly being run from top to bottom by a group of lying clowns because when the operations manager phoned to discuss the complaint he said the branch manager hadn't been on site when my wife took the car in...another lie because said manager today told me he was...Do yourselves a favour, spend your hard earned cash at a proper garage with proper technicians who care about what they are doing. Not with this bunch of wallies!
