I only ever really use Kwik Fit for all things tyres, and I have to say that they're tip top in this area! The online booking is easy to use and their prices are great. The level of customer service seems to match as well. The mobile fitting service is first rate and the people that carry it out are very honest and won't replace a tyre that doesn't need it. They will refund any over ordering as a matter of course too.

Worst wheel alignment station ever ..I've done twice in 2 months..been in Sunderland branch..I've told the guy I've put new front suspension that's why I need tracking. After 15 mins my cars done ..I've test drive but cars still pulls left very badly. I went back again told the same guy that's its still pulls left while driving..he checked again and he went your right tyre needs to be change bcs it's very old dated..even its still legal nothing wrong with it..and now my car steering wheel stuck sometimes and very tight ..u need to hold the steering all the time bcs it's still pulls left badly ..

"My wife who is almost 70 took her car."
My wife who is almost 70 took her car for a MOT.As she was parking up in the carpark, a fitter told her that a rear break light bulb was not working.He said dont worry we will just fit a new bulb before we do the MOT.She was charged $39.95 for the MOT + $12.95 for fitting the bill.At no point was my wife told that there would be a $12.95 charge (extortionate charge) for fitting the bulb.If she had been told of the charge before they fitted it, I could have replaced it for about $2.I went and asked the manager @ Rotherham why she wasnt told about the price of fitting the bulb, the smug sod said "we could have done the MOT, failed it.Then you would have had to replace the bulb and pay a $23.00 Retest fee.What a way to treat customers.
