"Awful tyre balance"

On 24th of Jan I changed my tyres. Since then I did not had the chance to drive on motorway. During Easter break I did and I noticed that my car shake badly after 60 mph and the more I increase the speed it becomes worse. The tyre balance I paid for doesn't seem to be done. I contacted kwikfit via e-mail on 2nd of April. Absolutely no reply.

Damaged our wheels and not responding to complaint. We needed new rear tyres. Wheels were in perfect condition going into the garage and one wheel has come back with a deep gouge in the alloy. Raised a complaint with KwikFit 2 months ago and have chased twice. Lack of response and poor service.

My car gave an instruction to top up the engine oil. It was proving a pretty tricky weekend so I contacted Kwik Fit in Llandudno. The Manager, Malcolm could not have been more helpful. I was told to get there when I could and they'd get me back on the road.
