I recently visited my local Kwik in Ripon North Yorkshire for an emergency puncture repair. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Puncture repaired and back on the road in less than an hour.

I visited the Kwik-fit tyre depot at Broadway, Bedford today to have the 2 tyres changed on our company Land Rover Evoque, on a pre-booked appointment. What a breath of fresh air. The service I received was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very respectful. Job was completed in a timely manner and none of this "mate" crap. Would totally recommend. Obviously pre-booking, like anything these days, is essential but they did really pull out all the stops to cut through the "maintenance" bull and get me back on the road again. Well done to everyone at that Branch. Give yourselves a pat on the back. A first class service ?

The waiting time is very long, from 08:00am to 6:00pm you need to think about this issue a little because everyone has something to do. Your make them keep waiting your ban to come homes. Yes job don fast maybe 20 or 30 minutes. But you can not makes keeping with
