Blake (Torquay) and the rest of the team were very busy. He didn't make me feel like a nuisance when I asked for help with tyres. He noticed that one of my tyres was on the wrong way. He swapped it around despite being under pressure - Top man. As a result I plan to spend $800 at Kwik Fit rather than my garage

Kwik Fit Alton avoidA simple job finished up with them destroying my rim.No finesse of pride in their work, when I complained there was no remorse from the worker and no manager around to talk to.Our family have always used Kwik fit....Not any more

It was so easy, Jon arrived, did the tyre, explained what hed done and that was it. This was not the first time we have used kwikfit and we have never been disappointed.

terribleordered tyres for 10-4 sameday slot(Friday) got to 1630 still no call or tyre, rung customer service first person said was delayed going to wrong address. rung 30min later ends up tyre not in stock offered could get refund or tyre done on Monday and if I was willing to go for a different tyre that would have been next day.asked for refund didn't receive it until Tuesday after several calls.
