"Mobile Tyre Replacement - DO NOT USE"

Mobile Tyre Fitter came out looked at my tyre and said it can't be changed as the Wheel nut was shredded. Another Tyre replacement company came out and got the nut off in under 15 seconds. Kwik fit have then charged me a $20 call out fee despite being told I would get a full refund, as the man from Kwik Fit raced off. DO NOT use Kwik Fit Mobile Tyre replacement service

The rear suspension spring snapped and we went to Kwik Fit Washington on Saturday 09/03/24. My profound disappointment with the mobile fitting service provided by your company. As a loyal customer, I expected a level of service that aligns with the reputation of Kwik Fit, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me deeply unsatisfied.Firstly, I was informed that the fitter would be unable to reach me within the agreed timeframe, despite being only 30 minutes before the cut-off time. The phone call I received regarding this matter was not only rude but also abrupt, lacking any empathy or understanding of the inconvenience caused.Despite my urgent need for assistance, as my tires were at the legal limit, I contacted the mobile fitting team who assured me they would resolve the issue promptly. However, instead of a solution, I was asked to book another appointment, further prolonging the inconvenience and disruption to my schedule.When I requested a refund for the poor service I had received, the employee handling my request seemed annoyed and uncooperative. Additionally, the delay in processing the refund, despite being assured it would be immediate, left me without the use of my car for almost a week, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.As a customer, I expected better from Kwik Fit's mobile fitting service. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and follow-through has left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. "Kwik Fit Newark rd branch"

Absolutely top service from the Lincoln Newark Road branch. Under new management, although not fully staffed the day I was there, the branch manager went above and beyond ensuring my 13 year old exhaust was removed (with lots of difficulty) and replaced. All the staff were courteous and polite with the ebb and flow of customers. Although super busy, at no point did they drop professionalism at the front desk. Nice work gents.
