Awful experience. Was one ofmy go to garages but not anymore. First Kwik Fit garage cancelled our MOT as didn't have a qualified tester ?! Ok perhaps these things happen. Second Kwik Fit had our car nearly 1.5 days before they realised it was a Hibrid and hence no one qualified to sort the break pad !!!So after 2 days without the car we have now got to find a qualified garage elsewhere. Didn't realise an unqualified garage (for MOT and breaks) was a thing !!Update post response by Kwik FitI have provided details via your feedback link as requested
