Extremely disappointing experience with London-Tottenham branch. I took my car in for an MOT and full service, leaving it in the morning with the assurance that it would be ready for pick up in the evening. However, upon collection, I was informed that they needed to replace the brake pads and discs, a task they failed to complete despite having the whole day. When questioned about this, I received conflicting excuses - one staff member claimed they ran out of time, while another blamed a lack of parts. Not once did they bother to update me during the day or provide a quote for the additional work.Reluctantly, I agreed to reschedule for the following week, with the promise that the job would be completed swiftly while I waited. Despite calling ahead to confirm my appointment, I was left on hold for an unacceptable 20 minutes before being hastily attended to. Even then, they initially refused to accommodate my request to wait for the service to be finished, only relenting after I reminded them of their previous commitment.Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to leave my car and return in the evening - a direct contradiction to what was promised over the phone. When I pressed for an explanation, the staff member became defensive and dismissive, stating that I couldn't simply demand service on my terms. After an hour of waiting, during which I received no updates, I finally inquired about the status of my car, only to be met with a litany of excuses - from missing parts to incorrectly delivered items.Fed up with the lack of professionalism and accountability, I promptly retrieved my car and sought assistance elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never use Kwik Fit again. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I caution others to steer clear unless they enjoy wasting time and enduring rubbish service."

Awesome guys at quick fit Wellingborough Oxford st sorted me out new rear tyres for my McLaren they were very careful and respectful of the type of car. Extremely helpful. Couldn't rate them enough would recommend highly. Great service ?

"Brilliant service again"

Third time I've used them, again great experience, who wants to sit in a cold waiting room with horrible coffee while tyres changed? Kwik fit mobile means you can sit/work from home in comfort while tech (in this case Pawel) who was early (phoned and checked it was ok) went above and beyond in horrible weather took 30 mins to change 2 tyres and put spare back in car 5* thanks mate well done !!! The $15 cost more than offset the work time that would have been lost going to store

"Amazing service from Kwik Fit Aylesbury"

Amazing service, yet again. Had to have Green Flag help me yesterday as my car wouldn't start and was told I needed a new terminal for the battery. Kwik Fit told me what part to get, as they couldn't get it from their supplier then and there, and fitted it free of charge. Always use the Aylesbury team for MOT and Service as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else as they are so friendly and knowledgeable and always feels like good value for money

would never use this company again waited all day for a tyre fix . no call no keep up todate and when we phoned up they just kept lieing . then finally made excuses at 8 o'clock so customer service is terrible

Used the Bicester branch for years last MOT was cancelled the day before stating tester was in hospital and would be for a week! (Poor chap) it's odd that they operate 7 days a week so must have other testers, have another car in this week, tried to call to check if ok, dont answer the phone, they called HQ helpline, phone put down three times! What's going on Kwik Fit!

Booked at 730am and got a phone call at 1145am cancelling. Not very Kwikfit. and I won't be using them again that is for sure terrible service
