"Disappointed"
I had left my benz for tyre alignment this morning in Swansea,York street and was shocked to see my car fully covered with sea gull dropping throughout and gas quater empty , in fact l have left a full tank of petrol this morning. I am shocked by this incident and disappointed with their response and rudely told by the manager that they are not responsible for seagulls dropping all other cars were found normal without any bird dropping. They have not only taken the car outside and used but also dirtied the car which they are denying, it took me long time to clean it and l have lost my hard earned money for petrol for no fault of mine.

I wouldn't even give kwikfit on Crewe Road Wistaston 1 star but wouldn't let me carry on if I hadn't.Took my car there for m.o.t and it failed on tyre which I thought needed doing. But they also said I needed a windscreen replacement. I didn't know there was anything wrong with my windscreen. So I asked if they could fit my new tyre to then be told very rudely "not until I'd had the windscreen done." So there advice to me was to drive off illegally and with a bald tyre and even the paperwork stated "do not drive." They still refused to do the work and told me to drive it home!!Have taken it to numerous other garages for further professional opinions, who have all looked at the windsreen- one even saying "that's a load of b*ll**it" and the rest have said there is nothing wrong with it only a few small scratches that can apparently be rubbed out by someone who does detailing.Had to pay for another m.o.t but passed straight away at another garage. Windscreen not even a advisory!

"Arranged a mobile fitting of two front."
Arranged a mobile fitting of two front tyres. Took the day off and at 10:20 that day i had a call to say a technician was not available and would need to reschedule. Arranged for the following day but stressed it had to be before 3pm. On the following day i received a text at 14:30pm to say he was on his way. I had to leave at 3pm so asked my wife if she could deal with him and luckily her work schedule meant she could. He arrived at 3:08pm. Very apologetic and said he had to go to two different depots to get the tyres. The tyres were fitted and are fine.

Booked the mobile tyre fitting service online and the technician arrived at the time of booking, replace my tire with no issues.

Came on time got on with the job , just one thing that he could have told us about the light on the dashboard, that it would go off after 5 miles , but dident and that caused us to get someone else out that really dident need to ,

Really professional, informed when mechanic was on his way and about to arrive. Excellent service, just got on with the job, very friendly and informative. Replaced wheel trim ties for me and advised of needing new break shoes, although only came to replace tyres.

"The service and staff were first class"
The service was first class and the staff so friendly.. I arrived a bit early and they took the car straight away.. I got 2 new front tyres as one of them had a puncture and the other one was very worn. only took 20 minutes or so and I was back on the road again.. I also noticed they checked the pressure on my back tyres and reset my digital display.
