"Amazing service"
Kwikfit guy came round to fit a tyre at home. He was super friendly and very helpful. Unbelievably, he decided that we did not need a new tyre as even though the tyre was completely flat he couldn't find a puncture. He pumped it up and suggested we see how it went. We now think it could be the valve. What amazing customer service, it's so good to feel that you are not being taken advantage of. We have since been to a Kwikfit garage (Altrincham) and had the valve replaced. Once again, super nice people who look after you.

"Useless and rude"
Had a tyre at a centre and the fitting was quick and simple even though the centre was busy on a Friday afternoon. Staff at the centre was polite, professional and sorted everything out and gave all options to me. One of the options was to cover the tyre for insurance, which I took out as it only cost me $15. Two weeks later I had a puncture in that tyre and was unable to get to a centre so I was advised to call Kwik Fit mobile who refused to honour the insurance as they state they are a separate company to Kwik Fit and for me to drive a illegal unroadworthy car to a centre to get it fixed which I refused as it was unroadworthy. In the end I had to get recovered back home from work and then pay a independent 24/7 mobile tyre fitter to come out to change my tyre which cost me nearly $300. After speaking to Kwik Fit they said to contact Kwik Fit mobile to complain as they should have honoured the insurance policy on the tyre. Kwik Fit Mobile are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. After, I went to the centre to get a refund or exchange the tyre I was advised to call Kwik Fit Mobile to complain and to get a refund via them who then passed me to the Kwik Fit Centre head office as they are apparently separate companies however trading under the same name. They again investigated this and quoted that it is not possible for me to use the insurance with Kwik Fit Mobile as its not their policy to use.

"Excellent service"
Absolutely blown away with the superb service I received today at the Kwikfit Kirkintilloch branch. Very friendly and professional team. When I phoned this morning I managed to get an appointment for tomorrow 04th which was fine. I mentioned I wouldn't be needing the car today so Kevin suggested I bring the car in and if a slot became available today 3rd they would do the job and contact me when finished. I received a phone call from Kevin with an update and to clarify things and job was carried out. Diamond service indeed Kwikfit. Cheers guys.

"First class company"
Booked to get my tyre changed at home , was given a time option, booked a time that suited me , received txts and e-mails keeping me informed, the tyre fitter contacted me when he was 15 mins away , showed up on time , very pleasant guy who checked my other tyres and put them to the right pressure, changed my tyre , told me what the problem was , I was was very pleased by the tyre fitter as he went above what I was expecting, in my experience this was a 5?????????? service from a big name company,
