My wife had scheduled her car for an MOT at Kwik Fit. They contacted her about some emission issues, suggesting a flush and a few days' driving before a recheck. When she returned as instructed, the person she had spoken with was unavailable, and instead, a mechanic, seemingly stressed about his schedule, approached her without any greeting. He dismissed her with vague explanations about the car's issues and a dismissive instruction to return later.This experience highlighted a lack of basic customer service skills among Kwik Fit staff, who appeared incapable of engaging politely with customers. Their approach not only wasted our time but also left us in the dark about the car's issues. Given this poor treatment and disorganisation, we have no intention of relying on them again for the MOT or any other service.

Mobile service booked for Sunday. Got a call saying they were not coming. I told the call handler I needed the car done to get to the airport Wednesday morning so she re booked me for Wednesday. She said don't worry he will come Tuesday. Rang back on the Monday to check and it was booked for Wednesday. Cancelled and went local for half the price
