Excellent service came early done quickly and quietly why I was left to sort the kids. Back from school run with flat tyre about 3 hours later max it was fixed and ready to do school run again in morning no stress at all.

I thought my exhaust was making a right din, so I called my local Royston Kwik fit and james said come in at 1.30, I arrived at 1,00 pm and he said give me the keys and he gave them to a young guy who popped on the lift looked over the whole system and no problems, I told him to jump in and we took it for a spin and he said he knew immediately what the problem was, a guard that protects the disc brakes had come loose and was spinning. he said go and wait and I will solve this for you. He removed this part after taking wheel, disc, caliper off and replacing all. Telling me i will need discs and pads ASAP and said to my shock NO CHARGE !! In this day and age this is unheard off and because of this they will have a customer for life, thank you very much a very happy man, Cheers Peter Quinn.

The man who came out to replace my tyre went above and beyond. Instead of just putting on a temporary replacement, he went to the nearest Kwik Fit to get a brand new one and replaced it there and then.

Very professional!The lads turned up with everything they needed and were ready as soon as I handed over the keys, the talked me through how to prevent any future blow outs and inspected my other tyres for me and gave advice and what to look out for in the future. 10/10 service and a very quick and painless experience.
