Made my dog very happy.I noticed yesterday I was passed my Ateca MOT date. I contacted SEAT to book my car in for its 1st MOT. I was advised it will be 8 days until appointment. Not waiting hopefully. I called Kwik-Fit in Foleshill, Coventry (The Posh part of Birmingham). They gave me a 09:20 for the next day and I was relieved not having to wait the 8 days. I took my car in for MOT. Done at booked time, took about an hour to do. Passed. Happy car and happy dog so we can go to coombe tomorrow for walks.Waiting area basic, water but NO COFFEE MACHINE...Free or to buy. That needs to change.... we need coffee for that time of morning.Staff professional but only handed keys to and took keys. Will use in the future.5 stars are for going the extra mile, doing something above expected.

"Quick, helpful service"

I'd actually been driving to the garage to talk about a suspected tyre slow leak when the other front tyre went flat. My garage couldn't pick up the car, so we used Kwik Fit's mobile tyre fitting service for the front two tyres. The guy who came out was knowledgeable, quick, and kept us informed about when he'd arrive, etc. He also checked over the slow leak tyre thoroughly and since it was fine, recommended we keep it and refunded the cost of a new tyre on that side. All in all, it was a really good experience after a stressful event. I'd recommend them.
