"Very Poor and Dangerous"

Very Poor! Had a brake check at the Harrogate branch in December ahead of a long drive to Switzerland with my wife and 3 young children. They advised that all discs and pads needed replacing, for which I paid several hundred pounds. Recently took my car for its MOT and it failed because Kwik Fit twisted one of the brake hoses when installing the new disc meaning one front brake wasn't functioning and resulted in a huge and dangerous imbalance. When I took it back to them to resolve they fobbed me off by untwisting the hose and cleaning up the corroded (because unused!) disc but doing nothing else. As such, it remained an MOT fail because still a huge imbalance due to one brake pad not wearing down on one side. Eventually they replaced both discs and pads again to resolve the problem. However, they did not offer any sort of apology for the fact their poor workmanship resulted in me and my family travelling in a dangerous car for 2 months. Also suggests that they performed no additional brake or road test after doing the original work.

Although I ordered four tyres a week in advance, the tyres were not in stock on the date of replacement. However, the customer service operative called to me and explained . She organised a solution. It cost me $12 more, even though I had ordered the tyres a week prior i wasn't unhappy to pay the difference because I needed it done . The engineer that came to the house to replace the 4 tyres was very friendly and efficient, done a fast job and done a very good

This was the oxleasow road branch in Redditch. I had brake pads and discs replaced. The service was fast and very easy; I was kept informed throughout the process. The staff were all polite and helpful, to me and two other ladies who came in on spec while I was there. Highly recommended

Home tyre replacement was easy to book, got a next day appointment and the person who fitted the tyre was very efficient. Definitely worth $20 to not have the hassle of finding a spare and then getting to a garage.

Easy to book a home tyre fitting - pricing was good and very competitive. The fitter was running late, didn't call, but a quick call to the office sorted that and all went well from there. Due to their failure to update me on the delay they refunded the home fitting fee.
