Very impressed with their service. I was a little disappointed when I first went on their website to book a slot, following a puncture. It showed the earliest they could do was in FIVE days! But I called the garage following day, and they asked me to come in that morning. They said they needed to order a tyre and it would be there the following day, but lo and behold, it arrived same day, and they even came out to fit and fix it for me! Well impressed!

"Visited kwik fit in Orpington"

Visited kwik fit in Orpington, I explained I had an advisory on a recent MOT for back near side break pad. They said no problem we will look at the breaks and ring you. A couple of hours later I received a phone call to say that my car needed a full set of rotars, pads and discs and quoted $700!! I said no I only have an advisory and just want back break pads! He argued he had photos but quire honestly I wasn't interested in seeing them they could be any car... anyhow I took the car to another garage who told me that indeed I only needed back pads and discs and they were shocked at your garage quote! The repair cost me $162 much better than $700!! I have used kwik fit in the past and never had a problem but I will not be returning.

"No space, no answers, no service"

I tried to book online for a full service and MOT with my local Kwik Fit. Not space available till For Ever. Tried some overs within the city, same again..... Weird so called customer service, was put on hold for 15 minutes, so I hang up. Noticed a chat line on their website, managed to get in and was told to call my local Kwik Fit, no answer ever too. Honestly..... Bad very bad

"Lied to about missing wheel nut caps"

I took my car into Kwik fit Wigston because I suspected there was a nail in the tyre. This was repaired and I have no complaint about that - though it was only repaired two days ago so we shall see. However when I collected my car two of the wheel nut covers were missing. I cannot prove that they were there when I took the car in but when I queried it I was told that one was missing from each wheel - not true. There were two missing - both on the side where the punctured tyre was. I was then told I could buy replacements on eBay... The next day I phoned to ask if the caps had been left on a work bench, I was told that they had not and was once again told that one was missing from each wheel, The person who answered my call was not the one who had repaired the puncture nor was he the one I saw checking the wear on my other tyres - not that I had asked for this to be done so why would he trot out the same lie I had been told the day before? I will not be using Kwik fit again and next time I take my car in for tyres I will take pictures of each wheel in the garage car park before I leave it.
