Well, if you were to be more obliging with a failed appointment that would be reasonable. Last week had an appointment on the 6th March. When I phoned in that day I asked for the 8th and you couldnt oblige. I booked again for today the 12th March and was phoned at 10.15am to let me know that your technician could not make this mornings appointment.

"Very poor interim service Kwik Fit Farnham Surrey"

Due to illness I am late posting a review as my interim service was in late October. I have used Kwik Fit in Farnham, Surrey on numerous occasions. Normally very good but this time they have let me down. Firstly the interim service states that a road test would take place. I set the mileomete to zero - it was still at zero when I picked the car up! Secondly, they state that interior lights are checked. They weren't working and are still not working because they clearly weren't checked! Thirdly when I drove home a warning signal kept playing that I couldnt understand The notification panel was completely different to when I brought the car in. The following day I found out the warning signal was. They had set the signal to play if I went over 20 mph!!! I was able to remove that but unable since to get my notification panel back the way it was. I did phone and left a message with them but nobody got back and sent a follow up text which remains unanswered. Their service was total unacceptable. Hence the one star.
