"Poor workmanship, poor service, poor attitude"

Took my car in for brakes to be repaired at kwikfit Cannock, they didn't bleed them properly, so had to go back a few days later, asked them to replace all 4 tyres as well whilst it was there and left the car with them whilst I went to work around the corner, asked them to call me when it was ready. I had a missed call at 4:57, my phone didn't even ring, I called back, got no answer and ran around and got to the garage at 5:03 but it was locked up and I was 30 miles from home without a car. Had to return the following morning spoke to the manager to complain, he couldn't have cared less, didn't apologise and told me to complain to head office. What's more he lied and said he'd tried to call me at 1pm, I showed him that I didn't have any missed calls and no voicemails. Had he done I obviously would have gone to pick my car up. Poor workmanship poor customer service, poor attitude

Quick, easy and reasonable price.I needed tyres quick and Kwik fit came out the next day to fit them. Professional, friendly tyre fitter. Couldn't fault overall service.

"Brentford Kwik Fit - fantastic customer service"

This was the Brentford Kwik Fit. They squeezed in looking at my car even though fully booked. Then they fixed it, allowing me to take my elderly uncle on a special trip to Hampshire first, and then I was able to get back home up to Scotland. I was terrified that all my plans were going to be ruined.The staff were both kind and considerate. I gave the receptionist and mechanic a hug of delight and relief.

I was satisfied with the services, everything was fine, I only gave them 3 stars because every time I went to them (and they are not the only ones who do this) they take your keys with dirty hands, they don't use a seat cover for your car. Every time I got the keys back where dirty and the steering wheel and the gear stick had greasy smears on them.
