Cancelled my mobile tyre fitting with less than 15 mins notice before end of the time window (1000-1600) having waited all day. Then offered me a slot a week later. With a flat tyre this was not possible so used another service. Still awaiting a refund. Not the first time Kwik fit have failed to refund me. Seem to take the money immediately and forever to refund.
