Incredibly helpful team at the Castle Lane Bmth centre. Had two tyres fittedCouple of weeks ago, excellent service and competitive price, easy booking system online. Courteous staff. Been in today with query of possible slow puncture on one of the older tyres, the team looked carefully and completed tests on both tyre and valve, but no issue found. Went above and beyond to do a shaker test for me as had another issue with rattle that I had not booked in for. Permitted me to view under vehicle to see where possible link could be, the car would need to go to specialist Merc dealer for repair but thoroughly grateful to Duncan and his team for brining this to our attention. Highly recommend Kwik Fit Castle Lane BH for their range of services and high level of customer service.

Unfortunately my car is leased and the lease company insists on using Kwik Fit. It is also unfortunate that my car doesn't have a spare tyre. I have had 2 punctures in the last 2 years and on both occasions Kwik Fit can not book a replacement tyre for quite a few days. The first time I was able to get the lease company to agree to a different tyre company. However the most recent time the car was not driveable so needed a mobile fitter or the option to take the wheel to Kwik Fit. For a mobile fitter, I was told it would take 5 days. I was also told that they were not allowed to fit a tyre to a wheel without seeing the car for safety reasons (so they could complete a safety check of the car).

After having a puncher 60 miles from home in a mobility car we received advise from the RAC to go to kwikfit Bulwell because they were helpful !!!!Not the case turned up at 4.30 on a Saturday, sorry carnt help you sir we shut in half an hour ??

Broke down I'm a motorbility customer they sent someone out very quick with 10 minutes the manager Wesley from the erith branch personally came down and helped me I felt very stressed and frustbut was made very comfortable with the speedy help I received as my disabled son was in the car at the time

Used their mobile service for a new tyre. They fitted a faulty valve to the wheel which left me stranded at work at midnight. Had to get a taxi home. I'm sure this isn't their normal service and normally I wouldn't have mentioned it but they emailed me twice asking for Trustpilot feedback. So ... here you go.I sent them the same feedback via their own website but never heard anything back from them. So it is actually their feedback system that convinces me to use them again. Pretty poor service.
