Needed a tyre fitting urgently and booked a 1400 slot at the Barking branch (nothing earlier available). Phoned the Branch in the morning and the supervisor, Sahil, said he could fit me in at 1030. Repair started promptly on time and was completed in 45 minutes.It was also pleasing to be able to phone up a branch direct rather than a call centre and get straight through to someone who could help.

Ordered tires online, went in and they said they wouldn't fit them for me even tho it let me order online. I know they fit fine as 225 is actually the recommended size, useless , wasted journey

After discovering I had a slow puncture I went to my local Kwik fit, who despite being very busy managed to look at my tyre. Unfortunately, I needed a new one as the old one was unrepairable. They needed to order one in so fitted my spare tyre and booked me in for the next day. Arrived the next day and they fitted it promptly. It was a very efficient and friendly service and I felt they clearly talked through my options which isn't always my experience as a woman having a car issue. Would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you for a great service.

My local main dealer has doubled their tyre prices and it's inconvenient to get there so having the tyre changes at home made it so much easier. Had timeslot and told when they would be arriving. Honest and quick fitter.
