Kwik Fit Longbridge Birmingham. Totaly unhelpful. I had an MOT booked and phoned to discuss a problem that had appeared unexpectantly with the car, to be informed that if it failed it couldn't be repaired this week!!!! An absolute first for me by any MOT centre so cancelled. I've had issues with this company before but this a new low for them. Avoid.

It was super easy to get my tyre replaced. They came to me, and a few minutes later it was done. I spotted the problem on a Friday afternoon, and they came the following Tuesday. I guess that's too slow if you're commuting everyday but for me it was fine

Absolutely appalling service! Tried getting the Hemel center on the phone and several times the phone was answered and instantly hung up! Definitely never using them ever or recommending them to anyone if that's the standard of service being offered.

I asked for a diagnosis for a light on, they charged me $240 for an oil change already done 3 months earlier, in fact it was enough to add a little oil. To be avoided

Came in Saturday for a battery and alternator test. Told to come in Sunday 2pm.Arrive to be told only one fitter in, have to wait an hour. No apology just told by the miserable guy, Michael always does this oh and you're not booked in.Worst example of customer service ever.Avoid!!!
