Invited me to book for a particular day (received a text message confirmation) just to be told on the actual day there is no technician to service my car.

We got a very quick appointment at a time that suired us and we got the tyre we wanted.Your operative was good natured and efficient.

Your 'Technician' couldn't get my wheel nuts off , rounded two off them off then gave up and left. Tyre was refunded. Got another competent mobile tyre fitter out the next day who removed both the rounded off nuts in 5 mins and replaced the tyre. I will never allow Kwik fit near any of my cars again. This was reported to Kwik fit complaints 6 days ago, zero reply from them.

Despite the vehicle having been booked in weeks in advance and work agreed (MoT, basic service) the centre did not have the oil filter to do the work. The assurance of ready-to-go 2 - 3 hours after drop-off was denied. Parts were ordered when required apparently, and because KwikFit only have one supplier account they can use these can arrive any time of the day. My working day was completely ruined. I will never use KwikFit again - simply unprofessional.

Kwikfit Mobile are Excellent. I have used the mobile service multiple times, three times recently, and every time the team are conscientious taking care not to damage wheels and to set pressures correctly. My local fitters Ryan and Simon really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They know I am quite particular and want things to be perfect and it is clear they make every effort to meet that expectation and to deliver a superb experience. I have had many bad experiences with tyre centres in the past and my repeat pleasure using Kwikfit Mobile has me returning over and over again. Not to mention the pricing is usually top of the pack.

Uninterested in my business, rude, made me come back twice and still couldn't help me

Called and cancelled on me 12 hours before the appointment, and has left me ( a disabled person) with no means of transport for a week. Hopefully I don't get cancelled on for the next time

I had to take my car to Kwik fit in Gainsborough and was extremely impressed by the timelinesses, helpfulness and efficiency . All of the staff I came into contact with were extremely courteous and helpful . Well done everyone .
