Went back to kwik fit chester for first time in 20 years after previous bad experienceBooked 3pm appointment on line for 1 tyre change, arrived 10 mins early to be told its not a 3pm appointment its an hour slot, well Mr Kwik Fit that is not clear on the website. Told another job before mine. You have my phone number ring me up and delay me, not rocket scienceAsked for my money back, as couldn't wait, told yes, I will get it back today or tomorrow, to receive an email telling me it will be in a few days , due to the banking system. Hello, hello, money transfers in seconds, which is the time it took my paymenttwo lies in a day from Mr Kwik fit, not a nice experience

"Utterly useless"

Utterly useless. My wife accidentally cancelled the DD then rang stright through to sort it out. Took a payment and was assured by customer services all was done. A month later, cancellation letter arrives and it's turning into a circus to get it all sorted out. Staff are unreliable, poorly trained and incompetent.EDIT: I already did contact them after long waits. They didn't want to accept blame so plan to spend the next few days reviewing the call. They are an absolute joke.

"Mobile Tyre Fitting Chap Exceeded My Expectations"

Used the mobile chap and pre ordered a tyre to replace a punctured one which had been temp repaired by the AA. I had been to two other garages who said new tyre only as AA had done full repair even when I stated what AA guy said that because temp repair could do no more that 50mph for max 100 miles. Kwick fit came to my house with the new tyre .... Checked the temp repair and then proceeded to do a full puncture repair and said no need for tyre ... So daved me money and proved my point to other garages... So definitely using again...

From buying 2 front tyres on line at a great price, to the fitting at my home the service was exceptional. The tyre fitters arrived bang on time, were polite and very professional. The experience has been exceptional.
