Attended Kwik Fit Tonbridge 27/2/24 where I was dealt with by Ashley. Have to say he was excellent. Fitted me in promptly and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Had an issue with my drive shaft on my VW UP. Pat was also very helpful and pleasant. Nice to see both Ashley and Pat deal with everything with a smile and positive attitude. Will always use whilst they are there. Top job and keep up the solid work.

"Appalling Service"

Had a puncture and closest garage was Kwik Fit, Prestwick Road, Ayr, having already stopped 3 times to put air in tyre I asked for them to fix it to be told soonest time would be on Wednesday for literally a 10 minute job and not interested in trying to help. Disgusting customer service! Luckily customers in kwik fit recommended a garage not too far away and after blowing my tyre up for 4th time I got a brilliant service. Certainly will never consider giving kwik fit my business again.
