huge inconvenience, specifically booked mobile fitting service. Rearranged my schedule to work around when online booking had available slots - got a call, then email to call back. I thought it was just to confirm /remind me of the booking but no it was to advise it was cancelled the evening/night before. I hope they have refunded the costs?

"Never arrived on the arranged day!"

Never arrived on the arranged day and I had to chase them rather than anything proactive. They did manage to re-arrange for the next day and the engineer who arrived was friendly efficient and took me through the work he did (not just replacing the punctured tyre but also ensuring the others were road legal and the right pressures). Just a shame he was let down by the awful service on the first day!
