Refused to provide service history for a car and referred to GDPR excuse. It's quite easy to provide information and remove any personal data..it's just they choose not to! Thankfully I don't have to deal with them on a daily basis!

Booked on the Saturday for Tuesday appointment , received a phone call at 2pm on Tuesday to say they couldn't come and only had a possible alternate appointment on Thursday. I removed the wheel myself and took it to the nearest Kwik Fit centre by taxi and they replaced the tyre .

"Apologises but no sensible redress"

I was booked in to have a mobile tyre fitting. I took the whole day off work hence unpaid leave because my slot was from 11:00 - 18:00 to be told he couldn't get to me at 17:40 on the day. With mobiles at hand, I would have expected an efficient service but this is not the case at Kwikfit. They apologised profusely but did not offer a sensible redress.
