Organised for mobile technician to replace tyre. Got email saying on way, never turned up. I was home all day. Got a phone call a few hours later saying I was not home so that why they did not turn up. I was home and technician arrived or called me if they were lost

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. Booked on Thursday evening for home service, earliest slot was Sunday, was called Sunday lunchtime to be told my appointment was cancelled-no reason given. Rebooked in for Monday between 1:00-6:00, the mechanic arrived at 6:00 and told me I was booked 6:30-8:00pm. Mechanic was quick, but not very friendly. Would not book Kwik fit again, nothing quick about the service and disappointing customer service.

Brilliant tyres on the drive experience. Arrived early and was done in about 20 minutes. Very friendly guy and walked me around my car afterwards.

"I booked in for an afternoon/evening."

I booked in for an afternoon/evening slot on the Friday, but it was cancelled late Friday and rescheduled for the following morning as a VIP slot - which wasn't first thing, more like the next to last slot! The new tyre was fitted with no problems, yet when I tried to drive later that day the tyre pressure was too low and I had a warning sigh on my car. So a delay in my journey and having to pump up the tyre!

Everytime I bring in a wheel,just want a tyre fitted for a customer there to busy have to make an appointment says on the front no appointment nessasary workshop empty even playing football people rely on a brand but honestly useless
