After an unexpected puncture I couldn't fault the efficiency and helpfullness of the staff at the Torquay branch of Kwik Fit. I don't know whether this is because of national company policy and staff training or whether I just struck luck in finding this place in Torquay. I hope they get a commendation from HQ!

I scheduled a mobile tyre service for my work van a week in advance, with the appointment window set from 10am to 4pm. Unfortunately, at 3:50pm on the day of service, I received a call informing me that they would not be able to fulfill the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, without providing any further details. This left me stranded without tyres on a Friday evening, making it impossible to find an alternative solution in time.

I have nothing bad to say about this service. If you are a member or f the motabilty scheme it's the way forward. As inferred I suffer with mobility issues and having Kwik fit appear when they said they would (via regular update texts), then carry out the tyre repair/change to a high standard, by a polite, respectful, and competent worker was an absolute joy. I won't bore you with the issues I encountered when trying to take my car for a tyre change but I promise you this isn't hyperbole. Thankyou Kwik fit for offering this home tyre change service. Keep it up.

I had a full hybrid service with MOT,I took my car to the local chadwell health Auto centre,and picked it up in the afternoon,I'm very happy with the service and MOT,I also had front two tyres changed to new Firestone ones.
