Needed to be ashamed my two daughters called in to get a screw removed from her rear drivers side tyre one 17 the other daughter 21 her car was a 6 month old Audi was told the slow puncture couldn't be repaired and she needed a new tyre at a cost of $150 she rang me I told her to not go ahead as there was no way a new tyre was required had the puncture fixed today at crook tyre centre for $15 and told no way was the tyre not repairable shocking trying to rip of young kids

So, I booked a wheel alignment check, turned up bang on time on the Friday to be told "sorry the wheel alignment machine hasn't been calibrate" nice of you to tell me before my appointment but ok. Rebooked for the following Monday after being told it should be done today.Turned up on Monday to be told "it still hasn't been calibrate, we can do the alignment but it might not be right" again, no call to advice me (2nd wasted journey) I unsurprisingly said no thanks, they offered to rebook me for a 3rd time. No! For a national company to not even bother to call to advice they can't offer the booked service is terrible, evidently repeat business isn't welcome.I've given 2 stars as the gentlemen on site was very polite and friendly. Very poor service and communication.

Ordered Tyre online & checked suggested tyre with my tyres. Awaited all day for delivery of mobile tyre fitter - received a call & then email to say he wasnt coming. I called them back as they were questioning the tryre?! Then they said they had a problem getting it. After numerous calls of me chasing I called to arrange a refund & got it cheaper & quicker elsewhere! Slow fit more like!!
