My wife booked a home tyre fitting on Sunday for a fitting tomorrow (Thursday)Receive an email at 7pm to say now cancelled to the 14th at the earliest some 8 days from nowAwful way to treat (ex) customers and no apology or attempt to offer a better solution Consequently we'll both be using an alternative in the future Very poor I should add email referred to an unanswered call made to my wife but phone log shows no such thing!

Really pleased with their service at the Harrogate centre, I took my car in for them to look at my brake binding issue, where one of my wheels got very hot. The guy took my wheel off, did some work for about 30 mins - cleaned it all and greased on some parts of the brake. It was free of charge! Haven't had this issue since driving away from the garage so far.

This was the second time we used kwik fit in the last month. Both times let down on the prebooked morning slot. First time was late and second time just didn't show up.Only discovered they weren't coming as I had to chase them myself. Unfortunately won't use again as the potential is great but the organisation and lack of service has let let them down and lost a customer
