Absolutely shocking booked online for home visits for new tyres was phoned day before fitting to be told they couldn't attend offered refund which I'm still waiting for . Booked again to take it in this time paid online again took it in to be told the tyres I ordered they didn't have & offered refund again

Shout out to Paul at Banbury for his customer skilss, knowledge, friendliness and being so helpful. It makes a lovely change and is a credit to the team. The other 2 gentleman I spoke to during my 2 visits here were great too.I used them for a MOT, it rightly failed the first time and I got a free retest and it passed. Booked the original test the day before and got the retest done a week later (once we fixed the failed bits)First time using them and wouldn't hesitate in using them again

Darlington McMullen Road branch - terrible.You pay in advance for a service so I paid $236 upfront. Called me 3 weeks later to say my service was cancelled and they will give me a refund. No refund or correspondence from them so called customer service who said no refund had been sent. Good job I chased it up! Customer service good but manager useless. Been using them for years but never again.
