The person who came change 3 tyres in no time! And it was raining. Very professional.

Paid extra for 8:30-13:00 appointment. At 13:00 ring them and find that they don't know where technician is. 20 minutes later they ring back and say he has just gone to next job and won't be with me for another hour. They have no system to inform customers that their appointment is missed. Terrible time management and lack of customer service.

"Damaged alloys & unreliable reports"

Went in on two occasions one day apart. Their report on my tyres were vastly different and had a difference of over 2mm on the claimed tyre tread depth. They replaced the tyres for me at a reasonable price but have chipped away the paint around the edge of the alloy. Disappointed. Kwik Fit Grantham.
