Shocking behaviour by this company taking advantage of people trying to find love and companionship. They only want money for nothing

Disgusting site, barely any men on there so I decided to cancel with the 14 days right to cancel, literally 2 days after joining and I've been charged $65 because they sent me profiles I might like to check out! What??!!!!!

Do NOT , repeat Do NOT, use this company, there appears to be no one using this site, no profile views no nothing! I'm now trying to cancel my membership. They say they don't even recognize my email, yet their contact form has my email address prefilled. Then they don't reply to you!! This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST company, the biggest con ever. There are simply no profiles to view, you'd never find a partner in a million years

I cancelled my subscription before the 14 days. In fact it was 4 days after joining the free trial. They still took my money. They are a scam. I have contacted them twice now. But they don't get back to me. Don't believe what they say about the cancellation and money back guarantee.

Dreadful site don't bother with it. A complete waste of time and effort. I was on there one week and only got interest from people who either lived hundreds of miles away or abroad!When I pulled my membership they had the gall to charge me a non negotiable 65 pounds cancellation fee, this was reviewed on my protest at having to pay with a condasending email and no offer of a reduction claiming this was good value for money. What about a cooling off period? In eHarmonys world they clearly don't exist.I paid good money after an initial fee of $22 then for eHarmony doing absolutely bugger all to find me anyone suitable. It's a sham. Be warned stay away or you will end up as disappointed as I am.

So far so good, I have met online a few girls who liked my profile and some who contact you and ask you to send emails and then go off are removed. I haven't arranged to go on any dates yet but will see how it goes.I think it would be good to have gif and other sharing, and be able to search for faith and match score, I paid for the 6 month fee.

Paying over $20 a month and from last 3 months only 10 members that I can "discover" none my cup of tea, same 10 members for 3 months!!!I asked for cancellation, appearantly I can cancel anytime but have to pay for the year since I am contracted for a year. Seriously a complete rip off.

Never used a dating site before but if they're all like this one, then I'm already done. To add on what other reviewers have said, being expected to pay a subscription JUST to message someone is absurd.I get blocking other features if you don't pay up, but you literally can't do anything on Eharm in terms of interaction without the overpriced subscription.Complete rubbish, putting it mildly. Spread the word.

This site does get a bit of sticks and I did give it some too when I first joined, but the problem encountered was from my end. Eharmony was very patient with me in resolving the issue. Having said that, the matching was on point, the personality profile was great. Within a month I have met quite a number of individuals and one is particularly looking good. Honestly, I cannot fault eharmony. It works. Still wondering how to end membership when I seem to have found the one though? So I'm knocking off a star for that! But great job guys! ??
