"DO NOT consider using"

DO NOT consider using this company.they will simply take your money. I signed up for a reduced premium for 6 months and paid up front $89. My contract was until the 17th of December 2023 as per their email joining confirmation. However when I cancelled my auto renewal at 2pm on the 17th I saw on my Paypal account they had renewed my contract at 2am on the 17th. I contested this action with my card holder and the payment was put on hold until they investigated the matter. After 3 months they found in favour of eharmany (read their T&C). During the 3 month period eharmony sent me demands for payment eventually threatening to call in the bailiffs. I have ended up with a cost of $358 for a years subscription taken as a lump sum although they knew I was contesting their actions.Beware their reminder emails for auto renewal and all mails regarding payment went to my spam folder..I wonder why!! I would strongly say do not entertain joining eharmony. and filling out their profile match. When it says you have a 100% match it is nonsense and when you record your desired distance to meet someone they try and match you with people 200 miles away. I have learned a costly lesson I hope you dont do the same!!!

This company is a rip off- please do not join. They are simply conning people out of a lot of money with terrible T&C. Customer service was not helpful (although quite polite). They do not care about their customers in the slightest.

To my dismay, I was charged a significant amount of money for this test. Subsequently, I discovered unauthorized transactions draining funds from my bank account, further solidifying my suspicions of foul play.The app's claims of legitimacy are grossly misrepresented. The customer service provided was abysmal, displaying a distinct lack of professionalism and integrity.Given the plethora of reputable dating apps available, I implore you to avoid "ehormey" at all costs. It is a blatant waste of both time and money, with zero credibility or trustworthiness.Despite canceling my subscription within an hour of joining, the app has adamantly refused to issue a refund. Furthermore, they continue to siphon funds from my bank account without authorization.Please heed my warning and refrain from engaging with this deceitful platform.Warm regards,

It is expensive and unless you are really on your toes and read every single bit of small print before you know it you're involved for one year with these scammers They're not open to discussion about anything and failed to provide any reasonable service or customer care

"Whatever happened to Zero Stars"

Whatever happened to Zero Stars? Joined this site for the 3-month option they took the $42 upfront not monthly, got a text from the bank yesterday telling me they tried to take another $42 and my card got locked a company called uniform-dating tried to take a further $150 from my credit card and without my permission. So obviously they are passing card numbers about. I now have both cards locked for the attempts. And may even have to fight them for my money back.

The most disappointing company, mistakenly subscription to this disaster cost me $65 for even not being subscribed for 12 hours! Lots of emails and they wanted me to pay anotger $63.27 after I deleted my account!! Please learn from my lesson don't subscribe to this app.
