So wish I could record minus stars. Stay away from this dreadful dating site. It's a complete farce and waste of time. Do not waste your money. Wish I had read the reviews first as they are so spot on. No way out of subscription when they lock you in and I will categorically be writing as many reviews as I can regarding this site so please stay clear.

I joined this company last year, found a partner on it! However it turns out that you owe them after the six months, over $200!!!. I explained that I thought I had followed the steps to deactivate my account. After getting hit four times with a bill there customer service team said the only way to cancel in full is to contact them. Good luck actually finding a contact form on the site/app, it has been a awful ordeal and now I am over $200 down for nothing. Absolutely awful customer service from start to finish, if you do join and it 'claims' to be six months half price then don't be fooled. Make sure you cancel by telling them directly. Shoddy company with awful customer service in general. My money back that you have taken for nothing would be greatly appreciated! Shame on you e-harnony.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO EHARMONY. I joined up last week, didn't enjoy the anp and informed them that I would like to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. They have then charged me $65 for cancelling. I have not chatted to anyone on the app. Shocking company. Customer service were not helpful. Please avoid signing up to this company that steal your money.

Very costly experience.I cancelled after 3 days, well within the 14 day period.This cost me $70 , and feel I may well get scammed for more .No one in my age group, no one within 100 miles.I wouldn't mind spending the money, but when you get in, you find the shelves empty So don't even log onto this site , unless you want to loose money and your faith in humanity

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this company. Their policies are somewhat inhumane. I contacted them as the cost of living is having a huge impact on my ability to pay rent/bills. But they do not care. No-one in their customer care actually cares. They tie you into a 12 month contract when nearly all other dating apps doing rolling contracts. They prey on vulnerable people seeking love. They will not budge and their responses feel so inhumane, as if a robot is sitting behind the screen with no compassion. I would not recommend this dating app at all, because in addition to my complaint I have not had one decent interaction from anyone on the site. Please, please, please do not waste your money. The personality/compatibility profiling is not worth it.Angel Chi

"No trial, you can't know if it's worth the money"

I wanted to give it a try and see if it's worth paying for it. But you can't view people's photos at all!!! Absolutely ridiculous. And no more 1 or 3 month options, the least is 6 months for $180(!!). Which just tells me don't have high hopes of a quick good match. And no trial or early cancellation. Greedy, no thanks
