I agree with many other reviews, no way to cancel paying if you no longer want the service. Used for a couple of months, lost the will after that. 8 months later still paying for nothing. You sign up for a year you pay even if you don't want to use the site anymore. Limited matches. No partial refund entitlement. These type of companies need regulating! I'll never use e-Harmony again, nothing harmonious about them

"Scam and fraudulent website"

Stay away from this scamming and fraudulent company. When I first started about 3 or 4 years ago, they had a 1 month option to pay. I only did 1 month and I had 1 response in that month.I tried it again and I'm stuck with a 12 month contract and I cancelled the renewal within a week thinking that would of stopped it but no, they refuse to let it go. The customer service is damn terrible.Profiles on the website are fake, or most are fake. People will click your profile and never respond. And then disappear from logging on for days. Save your money, don't give in to this scam site.

Never pay for this, ever. They will continue to take your money even if you turn auto renewal off and then ignore completely what you are saying when you contact them. I really don't get how they get away with this. The service you get isn't worth what you pay for either. Avoid!

Biggest con in the world, signed up searched for people within a 50 miles radius and there was 4 people on the site, so cancelled straight away now they have charged me $17 for a months usage and another $47 for a personalised questionare and profile I had no option to fill out on sign up. DO NOT SIGN UP ITS JUST A CON

If you decide to cancel you will be hit by a cost of $65 for personality profile. This is not really highlighted throughout the application process.seems like a scam, why would you pay that amount of money for a personality profile?

Worst dating app out there.This has got to be the worse but most expensive dating platform.Promoted as the world's leading dating website for serious relationships and this is like any other app (either free/cheaper) although this platform is actually worse with many individuals not looking for serious relationships and poor profiles. I came across a profile that said looking for a naughty girl! (Not serious).The app is most confusing with an awful format, not at all user friendly.I have had much more success with match and bumble.I was also conned and signed up for a year on an offer and no way to cancel. "I was about to pay a subscription for."

I was about to pay a subscription for Premium services after registering for the first time. I saw an attractive deal of $4.75 for the 1st three months then 8.90 for the rest of the other months until 24 months. When I clicked on that 24 months subscription deal and entered my credit card details, the site then redirected me to a new page that had another list of different payment plan different from the first subscription condition that I had offered to pay for and at that moment I realized it's a scam. Scam scam scam. I then went back to the site and deleted my account permanently..
