DO NOT USE! This company is only interested in taking your money trust me. My sister decided to subscribe for me for the 4-month plan I believe and used my card, the payment would've been split into 3 payments, and one of us55 came out. I immediately contacted them to inform them that the payment was not meant to be made as that's not what I wanted (no even 5 minutes after) and they responded to say that they could not refund me. When I told them to cancel and delete my profile and that I would not be using them, they told me that my account couldn't be deleted until I made the full payment of us200 dollars!!! So they are holding my card on file to take out the payments for services I would not be using. That's super disgusting!!!

The service is the good but not found love yet, I joined hoping to find love but I think it takes a bit of patience even though I've been single for over 20 years, yep let that sink in.

"Avoid it's waste of money"

Tried it for a few days as the site says 14 days cooling off period. FALSE! they charge $65 for the profile so even if you only sign up for 5 days it costs $65. I had no matches under 50mls and only a handful under 150mls. Then it said I had to widen my search!! No-one wants to meet someone over 100mls away (except me - the person is more important than the distance). Useless.

I will sum up my experience as "A total waste of time and money". Steer clear of you can. It's not worth it.

Beware - this is a company that doesn't care a jot about their customers! Their App said my paid "premium" membership would come to an end soon so didn't think I needed to turn off auto renewal. My bank bounced the charge they then made as they suspected a scam. eHarmony insisted I pay for a whole year's subsciption for just 12 hours unwanted and unused renewed membership. They don't mind taking money whilst not doing anything for it. Beware they also don't return all the money paid when cancelling in the initial cooling off period. This is a horrible, unethical company that does not appear to care about it's reputation.

DO NOT PAY!!! They charged me abusively for 12 months membership after I paid for 6 months. I even cancelled membership and they still charged me. They don't want to refund for the service I don't want to pay for.

AVOID!! According to CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 in the UK you should be properly informed about your purchase ahead of time, with any costs / charges made. I cancelled my account after 5 days as it's terrible (within 14days) only to be charged a further $50 after the fact for some REPORT that apparently they give you. I emailed them & have been told they won't refund / entertain any further communication, it is what it is?!? In what world do we live where companies get away with this behaviour?

EH6VNPHNI joined thinking that I could access in Europe all countries and this is not the case and when I contacted to say I wanted to cancel the same day the sent message saying I did not exist the next day , so I sent proof. Lots of it . I am unimpressed and if they do not refund I will take them to court. yes even for 29.99. it will be a walk in the park. I then read reviews and they have been reported to money expert, that is not a GOOD SIGN>
