"Terrible company"

Terrible company. Complete scam. I signed up three years ago. Took the personality profile and took out a 6 month subscription. Recently signed up again. All the same details were still there. Same personality profile results. Site is still awful so cancelled within 24hrs. They are now charging me $65 for the personality profile, which they state in their terms that you either pay by taking out a 6 month subscription or will be charged if cancelled within 14 days. However, here is the catch. I did not realise, and they do not state anywhere, that I would not be taking the profile test again. It is the same one from three years ago! They are refusing to refund and just keep sending 'standard' email replies to my complaints. It is not being acknowledged that eharmony are charging twice for the same service. Had they undertaken the profile test again, then I would understand the charge. It is fraud and will be reporting to trading standards. Avoid this site at all costs there are better ones out there.

I signed up for $10 then less than 24 hours later decided to cancel it. They charged me $54 to cancel it despite being in the 14 day cooling off period. Customer service not very helpful. Avoid this dating site as they are thieves looking to take your money.

Subscribed then changed my mind within 24 hrs literally overnight. Was informed I have to pay $65 for a report I havent received. I don't think so!

I tried to sign up with them for as special deal of 11. 50 pounds a month. When I went to check they tried to take $350 pounds off me !!!!! Cancelled my payment .

Its not even a one star but i couldnt give any less. Cant believe i didnt read the reviews before i subscribed. Exactly the same experience as everyone on here. Cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period and was charged $65. The money was just taken from my account and when disputed all i got was an email to say its in the T&C's. Completely unaware that thats the case as its in the small print. Charged $65 for something that i cant use elsewhere and presume i filled out myself,didnt even look at the report. Avoid at all costs. My first experience on a dating app and has put me off for life. I cant believe every single review is the same and there still allowes to get away with it. Shame on you!!!!!!!!

Don't bother with this company. I'ts just not worth the money. Complicated to navigate and ties you into automatic renewal and makes it difficult to stop the automatic renewal or delete your profile. The pictures of men marketed are nothing like what you get when you join. Stay away

This is the worst dating site imaginable. Please do not waste your money. Once roped in, it's very difficult to get out. The match choices are really poor - and absolutely nothing like the type of men used in the advertising campaigns! It's one huge disappointment that makes me gnash my teeth every time the monthly subscription is taken out of my bank account. Can't wait for my time to be up.

AVOID! Exactly as everybody says: cancelled within one hour of subscribing, as the matches were definitely not my matches. Not even one! Customer Service seem to be used to complaints about stealing $65 for a "report which is packed with psychological insights directly relevant to each member" which is "now yours to keep"! They reply with a template and then stop responding, even when I asked for an official complaints procedure. I've already called Citizens Advice, I'm not letting it go, a pure scam. They make you take a compatibility quiz to sign up and then they they send to you "Individually Tailored Personality Profile based on your answers to our Compatibility Quiz" without asking if you are happy to pay for it $65! And they have audacity to say that that home-made, automatic, artless test is worth $130 and I'm lucky to pay $65!

Complete scam!.. Cancelled within hours and they are now trying to charge me $65. If I don't pay, they want full yearly amount. Honestly, avoid this at all costs. I am getting legal advice as I cancelled within 14 days cooling period. Totally disgusting. Stay away!.
