"Fraudulent Site"

Fraudulent Site. i can guarantee any profile who appears under the 'visitors to my profile' tab will be either a complete scammer after your money, or, placed there by Eharmony themselves. Please reverse search their pictures and you'll see their photos belong to someone on Instagram - probably happily married with three kids; or profiles of the rare real people who Eharmony have put there due to the algorithm used to make vulnerable people believe there's genuine interest. As for their careful personality matching which they charge well over $100 for hence if you cancel before 14 days you won't get anything back - of the rare real people I was matched with one was an ex con and another told me his wife had to take a non molestation order out on him! My non negotiables were 'honesty and respect for women' so how could those two be a 'match'. As my subscription came to an end there was a sudden flurry of men 'visiting' my profile and sending smiles etc, all fake. The only thing that's real on this site is how much they charge for this scam. Please be sensible and understand that the majority of reviews are negative for a reason. Don't sign up, but if you still do after reading all the 1 stars, then wait until it's $6.95 a month and be very very careful. But basically, DON'T!!!

On line dating was personally never for me but life has changed so much so I thought I'd give it a go on eharmony, I'm impressed. :-)

"Be aware of E-harmony"

After signing up for 6 months I realised there aren't very many people on this site. I asked for a 10 mile radius and got interested parties over 100 miles! I decided to read some reviews and it appears my thoughts are shared. I've made an indemnity claim with my credit card for a refund. I will take this further if I don't receive my money back as I paid over $200. I'm sharing this as companies like this need to be stopped .

"Awful company"

Awful company. Minimum 6 month membership which if you wish to cancel after 14 days you get charged for full 6 months regardless.plus if you do try to leave within the 14 days you get an automatic charge of $65 apparently to cover the cost of the crap quiz they give you.I've never been charged to cancel something in this way before and it has made a huge impact on my finances as a single parent. $65 for a few days of getting matches that were completely incompatible.Avoid.

"Just want your money. No interest in anything else"

Avoid. So misleading- Declares free sign up and then after you've spent 30 minutes completing their rubbish questions asks for a credit card before even showing you any matches. Subscriptions are hugely expensive also. Avoid.

devious tricks applied to trick you into signing up for more than you think. Had it for 6 months, didn't get a single message/match complete waste of time and money.

Debt Collectors, DO NOT USEThey will send debt collectors after you if try to end your subscription.

"Horrendous customer service"

very poor app and has horrendous customer service. I accidentally registered for their premium which I cancelled within 20 minutes and never used any of its features, yet was charged $65. I don't recommend them at all.

I would not use this service ever if you want to cancel your subscription there is no way to do it and they threaten you with debt collectors and ccj's for a service you no longer use had to pay 100 quid for something I only used for a month avoid at all costs
