Excellent dating site to interact and meet with like-minded people. There are many motivated love-seekers registered at eHarmony and looking to find love and the feedback from them is fast. The website/app is well structured and very intuitive and makes it easy for people to navigate through the menu and the different sections including messages, likes and matches. The site is really top-notch!

What can I say, very unhelpful company. When I signed up in September couldn't interact with others so signed up for the membership. What a joke! No one on this site is genuine. And when I tried to cancel before the 14 days was up I couldn't do it. When I finally managed it, it was too late. I have since met someone not on eharmony. And don't need this service anymore, and I can only stop the renewal. So I'm paying for a service I no longer require! Waste of time don't use eharmony!

I'm not sure where they got their number one rating from, probably made it up them selves but I wish I'd have visited here first. Awful experience! You can't do anything as a free member so I signed up. Firstly they quote you one price then add on another few quid a month at checkout. That should have been my first red flag. There is a pointless questionnaire that is supposed to be an in depth personality profile which most of it I wouldn't agree with all to be matched with the same 3 people who I wouldn't consider a match and who live a million miles away. I contacted customer services to cancel within my 14 day period and was told I have to pay $65 exit fee which is to cover that pointless quiz. I complained and was told I'd hear back within 24 hours only to find they've taken the money from my bank and closed my account. Stay away from this company! You will be robbed!

I would have ZERO if I could!They do not match you with someone suitable, they literally send anyone they can find in your area (which is not many!) They charge you a minimum payment of $65 for their so called "Premium" membership, but only release the T's & C's AFTER you subscribe.They state a two week cancellation period, but in fact, still charge you $65 for a "personalised" (i.e. computer generated) personality profile which you didn't even need or ask for!! (and is completely inaccurate!)So I cancel, am charged $65 for approximately 3 days service, to be "individually" matched to a total of 20 people, all of whom were totally unsuitable! Disgraceful!

Dreadful experience. After only a couple of days of no interest on their site I tried to cancel my contract. It tells you that you can cancel before 14 days and no charge. The cancellation has cost me $65 which they say is the minimum charge. No mention of that on their site. Do not be tempted to join their incredibly expensive site !!

I have been told after being subscribed to eharmony for 3 days that I will be charged $65 for a profile I did not ask for and completely inaccurate. None of the matches were suitable and the t&cs are a scam. The company has not adhered to a 14 day cool off, which they must, and the $65 charge is disgraceful. I am pursuing a refund and will seek legal support to prevent them from doing this to anyone. Awful scam of a website and service. The owners should be in jail.

This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to operate!!!!I had paid 7 days ago but there was an IT glitch their end , so I advised them to cancel membership if they could not resolve it . Suddenly I could access the site but some numpty cancelled my membership.They refused flatly to refund the payment.I agree with a comment below , if I could have not given any stars that would be too much !!! Fir anyone reading these reviews, DO NOT JOIN!!!!!

Overall, my experience with eHarmony was fraught with issues, making it a service I cannot recommend.I did eventually find a site that matched my needs over at LegitDatesNow.Com - but I guess that's a different story.
