"Never ever join there!"

Like others stated before: They will steal your money. I cancelled after 2 days of usage, because I thought their website is a graveyard! BUT: They have a Right to Cancel policy (14 days) I cancelled after 6 days, but proceeded to take $65, as compensation value. I wonder why this company has a right to operate at all. This is 100% fraud.

Avoid eHarmony. Pointless waste of time, I wish I'd never installed it. I cancelled my subscription on the 22nd and they took $238 off me on the 25th. Their customer service refused to refund me and are disinterested in helping at all.

Very poor service. The design of the website uses a reveal bar near the like tab on a mobile phone it's so easy to click on the like tag and then deal with unwanted messages. Cancelled within 3 days they want the payment for the enneagram produced by software equivalent to 6 months. Covered in the terms and conditions so it must be okay to extort people then! I think there will be a case in law but I don't have the time or wear with all to bother. AVOID this site not worth it at all.

"Greedy"

When I joined I was asked for my yearly income straight off the bat, my work and my address which screamed red flags for me but I wanted to give it a chance. I did NOT want anyone to know my income and that we have to fill that part out felt like a huge violation to me. I do not work but in order to join I needed to fill out where I worked. So we need our photos approved which is annoying but understandable. We can't read or respond to messages UNLESS we pay. It's just stupid and greedy

What an arrogant uncaring AMERICAN company - Joined up for 6 months.. Started reviewing potential matches, After usual selection choices I.e. distance - Height - Social - etc Was sent VERY SMALL selection and most ( nearly all ). were without photos ??Mention it to customer care, They couldn't care less, Told me to change my distances and widen my personal choices ???????But mostly they were concerned about money - Basically they were saying. " Tough..Nothing we can or will do "DON'T bother !!

stay clear of eharmony they are a SCAM with their bills, joined up for 6 months but cancelled my subscription withing 5 working days because the site was not for me, even though I'm in my 14 day cooling off period still they still done me for $65 for cancelling my subscription.. Called them up and they could not give a flying f.k.. Will be sorting the issue out now with my bank to get my money back..

So bored of the same people! The algorithm is rubbish! Clearly, 2 people answering questions in a similar manner does not a relationship make! My advice is to use a dating site that gives you some credit for being able to choose who you talk to! I just wish eharmony would give you the option of rejecting their selection and broadening the options to everyone in your search criteria irrespective of their algorithm! I'm going to be in a better position to make a decision than that is!
