"Shocking customer service"

I was contacted via WhatsApp by a man who had managed to google me and find my address online. I have emailed eharmony no less than FIVE times and they have yet to respond. This is a massive danger to women out there and I have asked that they change my location because it's not possible to do it yourself. No replies. Not a care in the world for the customer safety. Absolutely shocking!

"Poor setup and uncontactable"

Difficult to set up profile. Illogical. In the last month of subscription I wasn't able to reply to any messages - the reply facility had simply disappeared. Went round in circles on the eharmony help page to no avail - they simply do not want to be contacted or to help.

I have only been on EHarmony a few months. I have paid for a year but find there a very few people in my area. I cannot cancel .. Which I would like to do and have to wait until probably next August at least!!!

Absolutely awful site. I thought it was supposed to be elite.Only a few potential matches at least 100 km away and no changes over two weeks!I had one date which quite frankly he should have been sectioned.

They charged me $65 to sign up and then cancel my profile within an hour, just because I answered a few questions and they created a 'profile' for me. Really disgusting. Avoid, there are much better sites out there I am sure.

"Worst dating site ever"

I wish I could give negative stars. The site and service are so awful and I am so angry.No matches in my vicinity at the time I used it. I believed I had signed up for 6 months but they have told me I have signed up for 12 months which I would never have done voluntarily. I believe they make it difficult and confusing on purpose. I had no matches worth meeting and have been forced to continue to pay for a profile that is deleted for 5 more months. The app is rubbish and often wasn't working.Please use tinder, bumble or hinge, they are free and far superior to this pathetic farce of a company.

"Complicated and illogical failure"

They make it so complicated to just start a conversation! Their matchmaking fails in implementation. If you want to just start talking to people whose profiles you like?? - use J4Singles.com - things are easier and more understandable there, women are more responsive and easy-going, it doesn't take long to understand what kind of person you are chatting with and to see if have a certain chemistry. Answering whole bunch of stupid matchmaking questions on Eharmony leads to nothing - the matches they find for you are usually unavailable and their computer-made choices really seem illogical.

Absolutely the worst dating site I've ever used!Not only is the price ludicrous, they add ridiculous charges for their "specialist, indepth" personality analysis.I literally had around 20 people that I supposedly could match with. Absolute joke. It's put me right off Internet dating for life!!?

"Awful"

Awful. Tried to cancel, within the 14 days cooling off period, as people were just too far away, they've charged me $65!!!. $5, for the 7 days I used the service and, $60 for an auto genequestionnaire that I didn't even open let alone complete. Dreadful. Be careful if you sign up with them. I'd steer clear.
