Absolute shocking I signed up to premium but when done a proper search hardly anyone close (think 5) in total when I asked to cancel they said I had ticketed a box for some personality report which I hadn't (I assume it's auto ticked) within the house I wanted to cancel premium now they are saying I have to pay for the report and offered to reduce the fee to $65 , I said I didn't want it and happy to return but they refused to refund
