DO NOT USE THIS SITE.it's really expensive and there are not many people using this site despite what they say.Even though I cancelled it all I was charged for a renewal. I paid for 6 months but came off after 6 weeks as there was very little interest on the site. did a search for 15 miles and 4 people came up.There are much better and cheaper sites out there. Eharmony is total rip off!!

"14 day trial is fake"

14 day trial is fake. I signed up for the best package. Thought I would try the system out and obviously give myself the best chances of success they took $16.68 straightaway saying I had signed up for a two year deal after four days. I noticed that the system was absolutely rubbish so I emailed to say you can cancel this. I don't want this it's a load of junk they said oh no, you signed up to the top package. We need another $48 off you and then they took that $48 of my card after I told them not to so now I will be taking this company to County Court due to unfair terms and totally ignoring the British consumer rights offering a 14 day trial that is free and then hiding something in their terms and conditions that has the right to charge you when it doesn't have the right to charge you because the terms and conditions are not fair or taking acknowledgement of any consumer rights and trade descriptions act. If you want my advice, go to some country pub and look for a nice person there eHarmony they are clearly just a con with their 14 day free trial offer it is fake it is not a 14 day free trial. They have traps within their terms and conditions. Also the phone number doesn't get you to a person. It tells you that you are calling out of time when it is 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they don't close till 4 o'clock. Also if you try to reply to an email after they have taken their money from you. The email is automatically rejected eharmony you are rubbish. Unfortunately you've just picked up a very hot potato that is going to burn your hands and I don't bluff..

The worst dating site EVER. I get more fake profiles than real ones . Guys that are using other guys profile pics. Asked for a refund as was told sorry you signed up for the FAKE profiles . BEWARE

"Absolutely crap"

Absolutely crap. Don't believe all the hype.I joined with a discounted subscription but within hours was really not impressed with the matches i was offered so decided to leave within 24hrs. You get blurred images of possible matches which you can only see clearly once you join. When I saw what they thought were matches for me I was aghast. Asked for my profile to be deleted which was easy enough but then told that the profiling they did when I joined cost $130 so they took the balance. $130 i would love to see the breakdown of how they arrived at that. Its just a figure plucked out of thin air. E-Harmony.. no harmony what so ever. Just a money making scam and a joke.Avoid at all costs. You would be better off going speed dating than wasting your money on these jokers and it seems I am far from alone in my negative comments about this site. I would even question how genuine some of the profiles are

If I could give a zero, I would. The site is very under populated, and what is on there is primarily fake profiles. What an absolute Waste of my money!

"Absolutely shocking experience"

Absolutely shocking experience. I was lured into setting up a 12 month subscription for the premium membership which advertised unlimited matches. When I got on the site, there was only one person within 20km of my address and the rest were hundreds of miles away?! After viewing a handful of what they considered potential matches over a couple of weeks, there was suddenly no matches showing up at all?! I emailed eHarmony, around 30 times to try and cancel my subscription and each time it was a different representative telling me to reconsider and change my preferences?! Also tried using responder resolutions, which didn't make any difference. I spoke to Citizen's Advice several times, who told me to send them a letter recorded delivery stating the consumer protection act 2015, which they never responded to. They also forwarded all the info onto Trading Standards. I'd been complaining since week 5 and even though they closed my account soon after that, they continued taking the first 3months discounted payments from my bank account and then once the payments increased, my bank was able to stop them taking anymore. I now have debt collectors sending me emails for a further $206, which I refuse to pay because of their false advertising and their complete ignorance of my rights. This has caused no end of stress since August 2023. I'm now in touch with the financial ombudsman. Avoid like the plague. Disgrace of a company!!!

"Scam and money grabbers"

Be careful, Eharmony is a scam.I created an account on Eharmony (basic account) but unfortunately you can't see others messages or profiles. I thought I will pay for a membership for a month to try it. I have paid for a month and their T&C ststing that you have 14 days cooling period if you don't like the website/app uou can cancel.After i paid the $19, I used the app for 6 days and i found it horrible, didn't have any people that match my personaliity or my qualities and thought I will cancel the membership which I have and emailed Eharmony 2 times and no response.I phoned them and spoken to a customer service representative and raised a complaint as they charged me $65!!They claimed that is for personality test, which is a big lie and they have no reference to such thing when you sign up.The Customer Service informed me that he will raise my complained to the Financial department and them will get in touch in 24 hours which never happened. They withdraw $65 from my bank account although I objected to that in mu complaint.I tried to phone them again but unfortunately they blocked my membership.Be very careful it's the biggest scam to grab your money.I will raise the complaint with the Financial Conduct Authority.

"Not worth it"

I signed up for a year and the selection was terrible. I would be matched with people from other countries! It was a waste of time and I didn't match with anyone who matched my criteria. Avoid completely.
