I can't specify enough stay of this site.They are trying to con me out of $238 even though I cancelled and left site month's ago.In the short time I was on site, not one genuine person did I come across STAY AWAY!!

Subscribed last week, see below:Safety aspect:- Cannot verify your photo-You cannot call or video call on their site / app, so your pressured into giving your number. Apparently Eharmony encourage meeting in open, public places face to face as that works best ! I prefer to know who I am meeting first right !!- No verified photos so no idea if they are real or not!- There were very limited men to choose from within 30 mile radius.Complained about security issues for a woman and all I was sent was their recommendations of open space meetings. I had only just joined a few days ago and after my email about my concerns for safety, they put my account to basic membership and charged me the full 6 months. Basic membership means, their photos are blurred, you can see 1st message and respond however then once they respond back to you you cannot see the following messages nor can you respond until you subscribe ! That's how much Eharmony care about their customers needs. I am now in dispute with them through my bank. Regardless of Terms and Conditions, they should have discussed further with me, but chose to stop membership and charge me 6 months. I've now paid the 6 months and can't access my account/ membership ??Other free sites, such as Bumble who do have cons have a big plus to them.promote safety, you can video call, call, you can verify your photo and they also promote info on safety as well allow a min of week's membership and cancel anytime. oh and you can see and chat to your matches for free..Whereas Eharmony only offer 6, 12 and 24 months. Very dissatisfied and hope this review gives you good insite !!
