"Don't subscribe to this site"

They keep chasing me about a bill, I'm not paying because this website is not trustworthy. I have requested to cancell on time and they did not. Is anyone on the same situation?

I joined eHarmony in good faith as a paid member comforted by their 14 day cancellation period. I found the site was not for me as not many members in my area so cancelled after 7 days. They do not hold true to their cancellation policy. It actually states they will refund you or a proportion thereof but I have been hounded for months to pay the full year subscription. I even double checked their terms and conditions when they said the money was due under their T&C. Nowhere does it state any money is due if you cancel within 14 days. Even sent them a snip of it asking for them to tell me where it states I owe them anything. no response of course. I have had to put a block on my bank account as they took payments I did not authorise and my bank has been investigating. Even after eHarmony agreed with my bank that payment was not due and the case closed, I am still being hounded for payment. I had decided not to do a bad review but feel after over 6 months of being pursued for payment others should he warned. Proceed with caution unless you want to pay for a whole year and then. good luck if you do want to cancel after that period!

I'd give zero stars if I could. They've charged me $65 as I cancelled within an hour of signing up as there are no users local to me. I genuinely thought paying an online dating company would be more realistic, safer and have better options for me. No wonder noone is using it if they charge $65 just to look on their website.Awful customer 'care' only wanting money off you for cancelling as they can't provide a service you need bit had to pay to look and find that out. Will be seeking legal advice.Somehow they came up on a list of the best online dating sites as number 1 - guess that's not based on customer reviews and they pay for that!AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

"Waste of money"

Waste of money. Paid for a year subscription. Filled out the personality test that you have to do and it had me as someone that won't commit and runs away from things which I can absolutely say is nothing like me. Imagine that being on a profile supposed to attract a partner!hardly any matches in 10 months and absolutely miles away. Most pointless money I've ever spent in my life

"Just avoid this site"

In my reasonable area, i.e. 50km radius, very few matches, 30km radius about 5 profiles/ matches. 200km radius more matches but who wants to drive 125miles for a risky date, 250 miles round trip. I would call this site E Harmony totally useless, and really just endemic of companies now that just want to rip people off. AVOID THIS ONE !

Do not use eharmony! I had to cancel my subscription due to financial constraints (my financial situation changed) - not because I had met somebody, far from it! They were totally and brutally not interested in my situation and continued to send unpleasant emails until I had paid them the money they felt I owed them. Horrible experience.

Very terrible dating site.money minded.i cancelled my subscription before the trial period but they did not allow me to do it.now they are sending me threatening emails saying that they will contact the debt recovery team to get their money back.shame on you! Scammers Am ready to face you in the court.

Terrible it's not free you cannot see who likes you without paying you cannot message anyone without paying the fees are ridiculous. Save your time energy and money!!

Disgusting company ethics, they mislead you into buying a product they call a "personality profile", you think you are signing up for one month, then they force you into a 12 month contract.
