Would give no stars if could such a horrible service went on for one day. Realised was not for me. Now have a $300 bill I can't pay they don't care about customers services they just want the money.Disgusting they have no way of cancelling you should be able to pull out at any point

This website is completely dead.About a dozen of so called "matches" in my area, which just happens to be London.Looking at the "last logged in" date stamps of these people, nobody even bothers to log in anymore.You will get no views, no messages and no replies because THERE ISN'T ANYONE.

"Awful, unwarranted profile meddling"

I joined a few years back and was very excited to be starting a new Chapter in my love life. It was however, short-lived. I completed my profile with my partner preferences and was positively optimistic due to the dating sites claims of guaranteeing a match.They soon informed me that they had decided to change my preferred partners ethnicity to that of my own, as it was proven that statistically same race relationships worked better.I couldn't believe the audacious claims which spewed of stereotypical ancient ideologies. I explained that I had paid for my membership and knew as a 30 something woman what I liked and enjoyed in a partner.They however, put their parental-like foot down and said they would send me what they thought was best for me and would not be refunding me my money. Awful experience which beggers belief in the 21st century.

Poor 100% poor I wish to god had never joined it! I cancelled within the 14day apparently free period but please be warned they charge you $65 for the quiz which in my opinion is matching me to people I wouldn't have ordinarily been matched with!! I would give this NO stars if I could! It's a rip off !! I now even though I cancelled within 14 days have had to pay $65 for nothing ! It's a joke. And I am someone who never normally leaves reviews!! I am beyond disgusted !!!!

"Con artists.. same experience as so many others"

So same as everyone else. Landed with a settlement bill of over $400 for a subs i didnt want and didnt use. This is because had so many obviously fake contacts and even suspected AI. I missed the 14 day dead line and offered to pay extra but they demanded i stay on as subscribed to Jan 25. My fault for not reading small print apparently. Told them id met someone not from their site which is main reason i missed 14 day dead line and their complaints department were terrible. Now in limbo as i cancelled with bank as they basically advised me to call e h bluff. Now being threatened with legal action like everyone else. Want to just pay it off and be done with them but i cant afford it and dont see why i should. Will send them what i can when i can and see what they do. Spread the word to people you know to avoid these con artists

"Registered for it and never used it"

Registered for it in September 2023, put up a photo and never used it. I now have a debt collection agency chasing me for $380. I could not cancel the membership as they locked the page. The user interface is designed to make it very difficult to cancel. Do not use these clowns, you have been warned.
