I've just been scammed, offered a free trail ended up picking a pay monthly, I emailed them after a hr to say it wasn't for me and could I cancel, they said yes and took a farther 57 pounds so since last night they have taken 70 pounds and cancelled my account

signed up and read t&c's. company confirm 14 day cancellation period which confirms will not be charged . i cancelled the following day as the service was not right for me and have been charged on top of the $14 initial payment a further $50 - this had been explained as part compensation due to completing my compatibility profile .. this is ridiculous for 1 days service of use still within my cancellation period . t&c's state : "However, please note that if you have started to use the purchased goods or services within the 14-day cancellation period, we will be entitled to retain from the refunded payment a reasonable amount (value compensation) to account for that portion of the goods or services that you have already received."do not buy unless absolutely sure . $$65 for one days use is appalling .
